Housing/Rates & Options
Rates are based on the duration of the lease, and are designated to
follow an academic calendar. Residents may choose from a variety of
lease terms that will best suit their academic needs. The following is
a list of the lease terms available:
- August to August = A Rate = 12 month
- August to May = B Rate = 9 month
- January to August = A Rate = 8 month
- January to May = B Rate = 5 month
- June to August = B Rate = 3 month
