Currently there are 763 units available which provide 1,340 beds. Students can choose from a studio, 1 bedroom double, 2 bedroom or 4 bedroom, Residence hall room-suite bath, a residence hall-private bath, or residence hall shared.

Apartment Buildings are numbered 0-9. Residence Halls are named Bayside, Harbor, Laguna, Marina, Port, Jetty, and Surf.
