Summer Camps and Conferences

Available Accommodations

Islander Housing offers overnight accommodations for summer camps, conferences, and visiting students from other universities on a space available basis.  Rooms are traditionally available at Miramar, located on the Island Campus, and there may be a limited number of rooms available at Momentum Village, located on the Momentum Campus.

The Summer Housing Contract will contain additional information about payments, deadlines, cancellations, and housing rules.  University departments must return the signed contract no later than 30 days prior to the camp’s move-in date. Non-University groups must adhere to the deadlines provided by Community Outreach.  Contracts may be submitted as early as December 1 for the following summer.
