Any non-TAMU-CC group wishing to host an overnight camp or conference on the campus must first complete the Islander Housing Summer Conference Inquiry Form. Islander Housing staff will contact groups about their request once it is received.
Groups that also want to utilize other campus buildings, such as meeting, event or classroom spaces, must submit a Request for Proposal through the Office of Community Outreach. Event Services staff assists community organizations with one-stop-shop access to facilities and services available on Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s Island and Momentum campuses. Services include facility reservations, room design and set-up, audio-visual, catering and dining, lodging, parking, security, and way-finding to ensure that your event is turn-key.
Administrative fee: $120 per camp or conference
1 night: $45 per night/per person
2-6 nights: $38 per night/per person
7+ nights: $32 per night/per person
Other services may be requested for an additional fee. Please discuss your group's needs with the Summer Camp/Conference Housing Coordinator.
